We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Europe, United States, Canada, Australia: 8 - 10 Business days.
Rest Of The World: 10 - 15 Business days.

Please note: Our maximum delivery time is 15 days.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Refund Policy

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on-site and want to receive your order, after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email support@toxse.com if you have any questions — we’re here to help.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@toxse.com (and include your original #order number) and we’ll take a look!
